Great service Franktronics repaired my computer at half the cost quoted to me by Best Buy. They also fixed it without having to wipe out my system and make me start over. Great customer service too.
Franktronics is terrific! I took my mother-in-law's "dead" computer in for repair last week. The problem was that we could not get to boot up. We were impressed with the the staff because they quickly eased our concerns with assurances that they would do everything they could to repair the computer as cost effectively as possible. After a thorough diagnostic, and an hour's worth of re-configuring, the computer is once again up and running.
