Failed WoF my vehicle on a feature of the vehicle. The lights are on in the daytime. That's how the vehicle was manufactured to work... their agent refused to look at the user manual and told me to go to the dealership and get a letter from the dealership to confirm the lights are on in the daytime by default - a safety feature and not a 'faulty switch' Doing that cost me an extra 69 which they did not offer to reimburse. I would not trust them to work on my vehicle or even give it another warrant of Fitness
