Exceptional service and kindness! I walked in as a tourist who had run out of orthodontic rubber bands. The challenge was that the sizing standards in China are different from those in NZ. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they brought in an orthodontist specifically to help me. The doctor was so patient in comparing the sizes to ensure I got the right ones. They even helped me with Wi-Fi when I had connection issues during our conversation. I am so grateful for their patience and help. Five stars!
Had a hygiene appointment with Kim and she was amazing! Super friendly, gentle, and thorough. She made the whole experience really comfortable. Highly recommend!
Dr Angela was absolutely fantastic and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I didn’t have the best experience with another dentist here, so was nervous about coming in to see another. But she was INCREDIBLE! So kind and compassionate and I didn’t feel judged once for how poor my teeth are. She did an incredible job, talked me through absolutely everything (even all the fancy dental words I don’t understand haha) would recommend!
