I have done business with Franksville Oil for over 23 yrs. They have great prices and service. They are very friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars all of the time.

Serviced our furnace, incorrectly installed the wrong part and refused to fix. Had to call other service. Repaired in less than an hour, but our house has a burnt smell that would not leave. Furnace damaged also. We were told we should not use furnace and plan to replace it....Luckily we have wood heat to make do. They even sent us a bill for the call back when they failed to repair it the @nd and third time...
