The boss here has always been unpleasant and he posses zero customer service skills, but what happened in December 2024 really took the cake! My son's foot got caught in the metal-framed front door as he was leaving. The door has a sharp edge and it cut his heel quite badly - he needed stitches at the hospital. Instead of doing anything to help, or even apologising, the boss blamed my son for his injury because he wasn't wearing shoes and he just wanted him gone.
