14 years and 3 cars later...Capped service with apprentices mechanics with super high pricing. Left a part off my car and wouldn't own up to the fact they left it off and wont replace it. Would never have realised the damage they were causing till I got a real mechanic
Booked my Nissan Patrol for the 1000km service rocked up a bit late but they still took care of my car and did the inspection straight away. Great customer service and friendly staff thanks to the lady and man at the reception desk. Can’t wait for the dealership to be fully finished. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.
I took my Suzuki Swift in for the first 1000km service! To find the service area was horridness no signage at all! Getting told you can’t park there! Not even being offered a tea or coffee but sadly listening to Rachel making excuses for not returning calls! (Pulling all excuses that she had) Once my car was completed i walked out not even knowing where my car was parked! Bad experience by far
