Disappointing experience. Brought my car for a service, cause the front lights didn't work. Next day battery was dead and my car's main lights are misaligned, leaving a 45 degree blind spot of darkness in front of my car.
I have had an absolutely horrible experience with Frankston Mitsubishi Service, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before taking a vehicle there. Every time my Triton went in for service or warranty work, it seemed to come back with another problem, another excuse, or something damaged. The first issue was the steering wheel being noticeably off centre when driving straight. Frankston Mitsubishi told me the wheel alignment was fine, even though I never said the alignment was out. Always great customer service.
Booked in my kia for 150k service quoted $900..looked around as it was so expensive and found a mobile mechanic quoted $330 he showed me my air filter looked like it had never been replaced it was disgusting .im a loyal kia customer for years ..kia do better !
Very disappointing experience at the Mitsubishi Service Centre Frankston. I booked my first service for a new car, which is advertised as including a complimentary interior and exterior wash. I received a text message saying my car was ready, however when I arrived there was no interior or exterior wash done at all.
