We’ve unfortunately had several frustrating experiences with Frankston Mitsubishi. On one occasion we were contacted to collect our vehicle after a service, only to arrive and find it wasn’t actually ready. This made planning around work and family commitments difficult. We also had an incorrect accessory installed, which took considerable follow-up to have addressed.
