Used Frankston Mechanics hall for Professional Development day.(100 people). Spacious room. Chairs and trestle tables available. Clean toilets. Good location. Plenty of parking (some metered parking). Across road from beach. (Close to Franston pier.)
Booked the meeting rooms to hold a memorial. Both meeting rooms have tall ceilings with stained glass windows that overlook the bay. One has a kitchen and the other has a bathroom. Two blinds on each window allow you to control the lighting very well which changes the feel of the space. A large TV is available for presentations in both meeting rooms plus desks and chairs are available to seat enough to fill the room. Frankston council staff were great with the booking and entry/exit instructions.
