Lovely staff and fantastic place
Terrible staff brought a Kia from them before signing ask for a second key and they said they had lost and will send it in the mail so I trusted them and signed for it when I called them to try and work out when I was getting my second key as promise they said something on the lines of they cant find it your lost would recommend going anywhere to buy a Kia but here terrible staff
My wife’s car broke down Monday Morning (transmission cooked)…… I had a number of options but thought I would look at Kia Frankston. Arrived at 2:00pm and by 3:30pm I was drawing a bank cheque to complete the buy. A great experience with the purchase of our new KIA Sportage SX this week. Cannot fault the service and communication from this very professional team. A very comfortable and enjoyable drive home in this vehicle. Beautifully appointed, plenty of room and felt very safe on our first journey.
