My fur family have been clients for many years and in all that time, we have received wonderful service and support.
I’ve been bringing my fur kids to this progressive clinic for many years now, and nothing is ever too much trouble with care, follow up and professionalism. My two little dogs can get quite nervous going to the clinic and the Vets and Nurses are always tailoring their approach to suit their needs on the day, which makes the experience less stressful for all of us! Thank you Frankston Heights Team for offering the best care for my little gang, with gold standard care.
To all the people who have nervous or anxious dogs, I highly recommend Frankston Heights Vet clinic, especially Dr Will. My Girl, Wibble is highly anxious, and terrified going to any vet, but at this clinic the emphasis is on your fur babies comfort, from the bandanna with adaptil calming stray to the plugins around the clinic emitting calming pheromones the atmosphere is geared towards a stress free environment. Very helpful, goes above and beyond to take care of our GSD. All the staff there are lovely, communicate well and ensure that our best buds needs are met.
We’ve been bringing our furry family to this amazing team for years, and even after moving to Cockatoo, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are incredibly caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both pets and owners. I honestly can’t recommend them highly !
