All the staff are friendly and there passion is outstanding.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent visit at Frankston Heights Vet. From the moment I walked in, it was clear how much genuine care, compassion, and expertise Dr Will and Claire have. Will was incredibly patient with both of my dogs, making sure they felt happy and comfortable throughout the visit. Adriana on the front desk was also so kind and fantastic and took the time to answer every question I had. Overall, it was such a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
I brought my 8-month-old puppy, here for an injured paw, and I left feeling shaken and pressured. During our visit, the vet Dr Isabella Gartrell heavily pressured me to surrender my dog and explicitly stated that her preference would be to euthanize her. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion and further diagnostics. It turns out pup has panosteitis (growing pains)—a common and treatable condition. There were no breaks or life-threatening issues. We have been taking our fur, feather, and scale babies to the gorgeous Will and his beautiful team for over 15 years. They have shared our joy when new additions to the family came along, and been there to hold and care for us when it was time to say goodbye. If you are looking for a team to partner with you in keeping your fur babies healthy and happy, and to lovingly guide them over the rainbow bridge when the time comes, then this is the team you need!!
