We had a issue with our garage door not wanting to go up. So called and left message and not long after Gavin rang us back. Then Gavin came that afternoon and fixed the issue. I will use this company again and recommend them due to their professional service and knowledge of issue
Gavin is a very reliable and honest business person. He installed our steel gate for the carport which is great. He always has time to answer questions and provide advice even when it does not mean extra business for him. Will use him again.
This business was asked by my managing agents to inspect a fault in a rental property garage door. They issued a quote for $750 to replace a "faulty" garage door motor. The quote says "existing motor has internal fault and is not economically repairable". I went back through the supplier because it was only 2 years old. It turned out that the motor was fine and only needed 2 buttons pushed to reset. Scammers. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Btw I only gave one star because the system will not allow zero stars.
Gavin serviced my existing panel garage door today. Within 15 mins, all of my questions were answered, the noise issue I was concerned about was fixed, the chain was retentioned and the other moving parts lubricated. Great price and same day service. Highly recommend.
