I got a filling done here which I have had issues with ever since. I had to return because the tooth was causing me discomfort and Dr Desi wanted to charge for this fixing of her terrible work. I have since sought a second opinion and it turns out she left moisture in the tooth before filing which has caused further damage to my tooth. I am now finally free of the shoddy work conducted here and have a replacement filling from another clinic. Would definitely not recommend. Incredible first time experience at Frankston Dental Group with Dr. Purvi Shah and dental nurse. Her calmness and patience made such a difference to my experience. As someone who gets quite nervous going to the dentist, the clinic from the moment i stepped in had such a lovely vibe. The clinics receptionist (i didn’t quite catch her name) was lovely and took the time to explain and quote me for my next appt. Very grateful. Would definitely recommend.Â
