DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE . I wanted to speak to owner regarding complaint about practice manager and how my 85yo mother was made to feel terrible after not being able to pay the amount in full on day(after dentist wanted to do more work on her teeth knowing mum only had $260 in her purse). Practice manager turned around and said good luck complaining about me my mother is the owner and hung up on me. Dr Purvi Shah is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but Dr Shah is very gentle,patient and doess a wonderful job. My teeth look and feel great. Thanks doc.Â
I was unsure of the advice I received so I sought a second opinion. I was glad to have done so as it seems that the advice given was incorrect. I will no longer be returning and would not trust my teeth to this clinic. Edit: I can confirm this is the practice I saw, at 51 Cranbourne Rd.
