Incredible first time experience at Frankston Dental Group with Dr. Purvi Shah and dental nurse. Her calmness and patience made such a difference to my experience. As someone who gets quite nervous going to the dentist, the clinic from the moment i stepped in had such a lovely vibe. The clinics receptionist (i didn’t quite catch her name) was lovely and took the time to explain and quote me for my next appt. Very grateful. Would definitely recommend.Â

DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE . I wanted to speak to owner regarding complaint about practice manager and how my 85yo mother was made to feel terrible after not being able to pay the amount in full on day(after dentist wanted to do more work on her teeth knowing mum only had $260 in her purse). Practice manager turned around and said good luck complaining about me my mother is the owner and hung up on me. Dr Purvi Shah is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but Dr Shah is very gentle,patient and doess a wonderful job. My teeth look and feel great. Thanks doc.Â
