most traumatic piercing of my life. I got a rook done and I felt like such an inconvenience to the guy piercing me and he didn't explain anything and barely let me choose placement. I wish it was placed further across and I cried for a hour afterwards because he was so rude and I thought he had done the wrong piercing. a year later it's still getting frequently inflamed and I regret going here. Do not go here.
Been going here for 15 years absolute best! Never had any problems with any of my piercings! The most polite man ever! He will have it done in legitimate 2 minutes so it’s not even stressful

Shane is a legend🤩, ‘cannot speak highly enough of his expertise and range of piercing products He will calm any nervous teen, answer all your questions and then talk you through all the processes as he pierces your ear. A professional with a sense of humour, and added care to ensure no issues with any piercing- as long as you follow his directions. Easy 5 stars
