I went to Frank's with a bunch of different requests — watch battery replacement, jewelry repairs, gold plating necklaces to give them a new lease of life after years of wear —and they did an incredible job at a very reasonable price, esp compared to other local spots I'd received quotes from. I was very nervous of taking a few delicate antique Art Deco rings to get repaired (+ one that needed a small diamond replaced) and the results are perfection.
