I took a dining room chair that had two legs that had broken off the seat to Frank for repair. It looked fine when I picked it up, but it was an extremely shoddy repair (see photo). About the 3rd time the chair was sat on by. 150 pound man, the chair collapsed at the repair site. Someone could have been hurt! When I asked if he would repair it again at no charge, he insisted I had to haul it down there again, would not allow me to send photos, and accused me of abusing the chair!
