So sad this firm was ever part of the divorce process. Will pad their pockets, delay, delay, delay, issue subpoenas to banks and entities that have no relevance, depose witnesses ad nauseum and go scorched earth in the process. Be prepared to have the process cost you over $50k and don't even think about trying to settle because that would keep more money in your pocket. Steer clear!

I recommend Sarah Cool, and Franks Cool Houser & McVey, PC 1000%. I'm shocked at prior negative reviews as my experience couldn't be further from what was said. Sarah Cool is absolutely fantastic, and an answer to prayers.

Todd Franks is a joke. He will lead you down a path towards litigation. Everyone gets dragged though the mud including his clients. He is in the business of creating a lifetime of hostility. I hired him for representation, he fumbled, did not cite correct case law and he even dropped a binder full of papers while making closing remarks. I lost a lot of money and most importantly my dignity.

While speaking to Sarah, I didn't get the feeling of confidence in resolving my matter and in less than one year the retainer doubled. At least Sarah got paid $275.00 for no apparent reason! I could have paid a homeless person for the same result.
