I went a month ago for a quote on a tune up, frank and Marcus were there to help me get an estimate. I went back a week later and they did my tune up with a positive and helpful attitude. I went back today for an ac recharge and frank was so amazing to get the job done and explain to me what was going on. I know a little bit more because he was willing to explain. Marcus was welcoming and was happy to help with the payment transaction. Over all . 10/10
Took my car in yesterday to have spark plugs replaced and when i got it back its worse than it was before. Idles really rough now. Bad. Dishonest people here. UPDATE: as ive driven to work this morning my check engine light has come on. These people will ruin your vehicle do NOT come here
Went to Franks to get my vvt solenoids replaced. When I showed up I had my own parts and Frank said that they usually provide their own parts, but never did he say providing my parts was a problem. Within a few minutes of leaving this shop my car was broken down on Military and Bynum, so it was not long at all. I called the shop but they couldn’t help me so I got my car pushed home from there. Frank and his mechanics gave me the runaround. Please do not let them fool you when they tell you what’s wrong with your car and they make it sound like they know what they’re talking about when I just experience that they don’t know what they’re talking about. I bought them my car from the minute they opened and they had my car all day till closing time.
