Took my car in yesterday to have spark plugs replaced and when i got it back its worse than it was before. Idles really rough now. Bad. Dishonest people here. UPDATE: as ive driven to work this morning my check engine light has come on. These people will ruin your vehicle do NOT come here
Went to Franks to get my vvt solenoids replaced. When I showed up I had my own parts and Frank said that they usually provide their own parts, but never did he say providing my parts was a problem. Within a few minutes of leaving this shop my car was broken down on Military and Bynum, so it was not long at all. I called the shop but they couldn’t help me so I got my car pushed home from there. Frank and his mechanics gave me the runaround. Please do not let them fool you when they tell you what’s wrong with your car and they make it sound like they know what they’re talking about when I just experience that they don’t know what they’re talking about. I bought them my car from the minute they opened and they had my car all day till closing time. This is a family owned place where they treat you like family. Whatever you might need mechanically they can do it for you at a reasonable price. I have gone to them several times through the years because I trust them. They will not try to sell you something you don’t need and will even work out the payment with you. It’s the only mechanic shop I will go to. Try them. I guarantee you’ll walk away happy. Thanks “Frank’s!”
