My kids love to come here for their haircut, my daughter loves to get her hair braided after too and the braid is decent. Love it, especially when they get a free lollipop.
Note: My mother is pictured here. The last time we visited Dena, my mother's hair was cut a little too short but that's because my mother is shy about speaking up about what she wants. A miscommunication that would grow out. ;) I'm happy to report every time we've come to Frank's we've been greeted, had a friendly conversation with one of the staff while we wait; and received consistent and excellent service from Dena. Not the best haircut I’ve ever had but not the worst either. I asked for #8 on top and #4 on the sides. Mimi advised me that she didn’t have number 8 and started with something else. I was shocked to see how short my hair was! She eliminated my natural V at the back and did not shave my neck. Thank goodness my hair grows fast and this will be just a bad memory within a month!
