Stay far, far away from these people. I have had to file a formal complaint with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy due to their unconscionable behavior. I had originally moved by Rx service from CVS to Frank's after discovering that they did not have a contract with BCBS of Texas. Once I started using Frank's, I found I could not work around their hours, so I transferred my Rx to Walgreen's.
