Took our old Massey in to figure out what was wrong. Within a couple hours they had it fixed.
My mower quit working and I was in need of a repair very badly. My grass is getting long. I didn’t know what to do. I was talking to a friend and he said to call Franks small engine repair and they would take really good care of me. So I called Franks and told them my problem. They let me know that they have a pick up service and was out the same day to pick my mower up. They fixed it and had it Back to me the next day. That’s what I call service. I have been using Franks repair for over 10 years. Very proffesional people and the work is excellent. Repair times are quick and if you need advice they don't hesitate to help. I recently had a zero turn that wasn't running right and I called on a late Friday afternoon. Matt gave me a couple things to try and they didn't work so he said he would figure it out the next day. I have had to go to Frank's twice now for my riding lawnmower, not only was he knowledgeable, but the staff was friendly and very honest, I will continue to go there for my lawnmower needs, even though I have a Craftsman R110, awesome people and job all the way around
