We called Frank's RV for shear pins to repair our slide. Thank goodness he was there to help us save our vacation. We had our slide repaired within an hour after picking up shear pins. Thank you for the help. We will definitely bring our RV to you for routine maintenance and to check everything.
We had to leave our Motorhome unattended for a few weeks due to a family emergency. We were concerned because of the unusually cold temperatures. We called Frank and asked if he would do a wellness check on the Coach. He checked everything out for us and gave us peace of mind knowing the systems are all running as they should. Thanks Frank!!!!
We have used Frank's RV repair multiple times over the last 2 years. We have spent well over $8,000 in repairs. Our last visit to Frank's, during the winter of 2023, was $4400, which included the repair to the outside steps. After getting the motorhome back to our house, we extended the steps and left them extended. They have not been able to be retracted since then. I will update this after I get back with him. I have to say that I called him with some questions, he extremely promptly returned my call. He listened, asked a couple of questions, was very professional. As of this moment I have not had work done, I'm going to trouble shoot our situation after a couple of the suggestions. If I need him after he will get our business, he obviously took time to talk and help, that's rare these days. Update later!!
