On 11/19/15 Frank M. Lopez Jr owner of Frank's Roofing & Construction was hired to fix a roof leak in my kitchen. It rained again on 11/26/15 and my kitchen roof leaked in the same area he had assured me was fixed. I called him and he only gave me excuses that his wife was sick and in the hospital and they were running test on her. I called him about a week later and asked for my money back or I would take him to court because I had given him enough time to come back.
