Frank the owner came out to my multi unit building for a roof quote. Was suppose to come out on Wednesday and did not. Reached out Thursday morning and stated would be there at 1130. Showed up at 1215. Once he shows up does not have a ladder to access the roof. He asked if I had one which I did. Told him where it was at and he proceeded to ask if I could bring the ladder up to the 3rd floor for him to access the roof. Which I declined.
