Don’t rent or buy from these people!!! They took two months to fix our master bath shower. Chris Franks personally hired an incompetent handy man that he said was very trustworthy and did a lot of work for him. The handyman kept showing up at my house to hit on my wife without giving us notice, sending her creepy texts and did the worst tile job I’ve ever seen.
