UPDATE: Decided to change my 3 stars to 5. They've serviced my entire district for years so I've dealt with this business for a long time. Been a lot of moments were I was treated with rudeness for no reason and there were miscommunications about repairs but have had no issues for a long time. Everything has gone a lot smoother since we've been working with Mr. Thomas. He is always punctual, kind, and just an overall outstanding employee. Thank you for helping out Oak Tree, Mr. Thomas!
