Incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very well priced. After years of not being satisfied with a number of mechanics, I've finally found someone I'll be coming back to.
That is my first ever google review - which tells you how pissed I am. I called this guy based on the reviews. What a mistake. Announces a $190 quote for A/C re-gas. Fair enough. Comes in, start plugging the machine. Only says it needs a new valve kit (basically two pieces of plastic) without mentioning any price whatsoever. Ends up doing a "Complete flush" without mentioning or discussing it at all - especially not the price. And ends up handing me a $399 invoice. Frank drove out of his way to meet me the same morning I called him and fixed my Air Con. Very knowledgeable and a good bloke.
Have been using Frank for over two years now and for multiple services. Frank is a mechanic I trust and would highly recommend. Frank is always honest when servicing my car and makes sure to confirm with me any additional work that might need to be done. I took my car to a third party suspension shop and Frank helpfully reviewed the quote and let me know what work was essential and what work was not as well as assisted in quoting work he could do at a lower cost, which helped me saved a lot of money.
