I called at lunch and the new unit was installed within 3 hours. Frank’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair technician did a great job at explaining to me why I needed a new unit. The work looked very clean and the price that I paid was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Frank’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair if you need your heater repaired or replaced.

My technician from Frank’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair came out and replaced our 24 year old gas water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and was happy to answer questions. He worked really fast and was finished in about 90 minutes. He has a great work ethic and does great quality work. Very happy with this company. The cost of the job is well in line with other quotes.

Installer was a personable, very competent man who did an excellent job. The process was quick and easy to arrange. One phone call, same day service on a Sunday (no extra charge for that) and done in a couple of hours. Perfect!
