Hi, I am reaching out as I have gotten my medication from franks pharmacy for our 5 years. I am not sure who is in charge anymore but first of all I called to ask about my medication and if it’s available and they told me yes and to pick it up. After picking it up turns out they didn’t give me the medication I called about. I called the second day and they told me they filled my medication and I should pick it up.
