Hi, I am reaching out as I have gotten my medication from franks pharmacy for our 5 years. I am not sure who is in charge anymore but first of all I called to ask about my medication and if it’s available and they told me yes and to pick it up. After picking it up turns out they didn’t give me the medication I called about. I called the second day and they told me they filled my medication and I should pick it up. Great store. Great service. Great family. The best small business in Jackson Heights.
Frank shame on you price gouging during these hard times. The regular price for Lysol is 5.48 the city allows a mark up off 10%. Most of your customers are seniors from Jackson Heights. Shame on you do the right thing. Then you broke up a box of mask and started selling them for 2.99 each mask at a piece is less than .09cents. But scared people will fall for your trap.

The best pharmacy and the best tema.
Spent a good 5 years working there in the front store as stock boy. Great "mom & pop" store atmosphere you will never find in a corporate pharmacy store. It's like the tv show Cheers, you walk in and everyone knows your name. They're a staple in the Jackson Heights community!
