Frank's Pet World Llc is. Horrible Place Not only were the living conditions for the poor animals horrible, but so was Franks attitude. I've been in / called in a few times to check on availability for a few products, and he and his female assistant always were short and made me feel like I was a bother. I often stood in line at the counter and noticed his attitude towards other paying customers also. I think he's closed now. Closing that dump can be considered a community service. I give them -5 stars.

Gross Franks is best known for their fish, specifically their koi. If anyone was around when he was one one of the side streets right in town, you'll remember the HUGE koi they had. Then he moved to the new strip mall by Chilis, and now Frank's is on Rt 29 North, past the car dealerships (going south). I went into the new location because I had to get rid of some fish that I could no longer keep. They took them, no questions, and introduced them to their already established fish. Horrible place I would give this negative stars if I could. There were several different breeds of puppies all crowded in two cages outside on the sidewalk on a hot fall Saturday. I guess that was better than being inside where the smell almost made you throw up. Even though the puppies were outside no one had cleaned the filthy cages inside. The smell was not one days worth or even one months worth of filth it was a smell that was a long time building up. The cages were even in a separate room behind glass. Shopping here yo... read more
