They have relocated around the corner to a new premises at 1/26 Catherine Street, Coburg North Vic. 3058 PH: 9350 5623. Some jealous person got into google and changed it to permanently closed, but this has now been rectified and I can confirm that they are open for business at the new premises address. They are awaiting google to upload new address. Fantastic that they are still in business.
I randomly stopped in at Frank's Motor Mechanics with a dashcam wiring issue. While it wasn't their specialty, Frank patiently took a look and offered helpful advice. He didn't charge me a cent, but kindly suggested against hardwiring the dashcam to avoid potential problems and voiding my warranty. I appreciated his genuine concern, even though I still intend to pursue the hardwire option. Big thanks to Frank for his unexpected kindness and willingness to help!
