Terrible company to deal with. He came and half fixed my ac, installed 2 new components and asked me of it was cold enough, when I replied no he kinda just blew it off because he didnt want to run to the store for more freon. Then ghosted me and told me he would stop by next week to get it cold, never showed up. I ended up adding freon myself and fixing it. 3 weeks later its warm again and when I call Franky to ask about warranty he again replied he would be out next week and again no show or call. Went in to have my AC fan fixed, I called after my car being there for 7 hours and they wouldn't answer. When I showed up, the guy was in his office and nothing was done so I had to get stern with the guy so he would do what I paid him to do. When I left my car was acting funky. Took it to another place and they told me I was missing a bunch of clips that hold things together. When I called Frank's to ask about the clips I got attitude and hung up on.
