We got our families Ford Explorer’s breaks done here at Frank’s Mobile Auto #2 at a reasonable price and it was ready quickly, within 1.5-2 hours. They were all very politely friendly there and my squeaking breaks aren’t squeaky anymore, thank you guys :) We appreciate you being an honest mechanic shop! They are hard to come by!

The worst customer service. When asked a simple question, response was "don't look at me side eye." What? when asked why didn't you check a warning light on the panel and why didn't you bring it to my attention? Exact quote: Lights come on all the time. You didn't ask me to look at that. Not true, just trying to weasel way out. It was a pretty important, safety related issue. AND car died again. BUT NEVER taking it back there!
Frank really saved us we were in corpus for my sons football tournament when my truck went down and he came and opened on a Sunday to fix the truck for me so we could make it back home to Houston.
