After meeting with numerous contractors for a price on a retaining wall Franks Landscaping was the only one to do what I wanted to do. The owners of this company *********************** started the job and finished the job in the first week of February ****. Company is very difficult to work with. After doing the work, problems developed 2-3 weeks later. I contacted the business. They said they would resolve the problem, but they never came back to fix the problem. I had to resolve the problem with no help from Frank's landscaping. Wish I never used them.

Customer was very pleased with the work and paid us. He contacted us 5 weeks later trying to get other free work done and became hostile and harassed myself my foreman almost daily. We felt unsafe in his presence and feel like there is a level of mental instability. He is currently creating multiple profiles online and posting fake reviews.
I requested an appointment for an estimate on fencing replacement. I live in Allegheny County which is listed as one of the service areas but was told I am not in their service area.
