Have to edit this review. About 3 months after completion, I reached out to Frank for additional work to be done and to fix some minor issues with what he had done. Absolute ghosting on his part, he did not want my business. Any guaranty they mention is a tail light guarantee, as when they leave and you see their taillights, the guarantee ceases to exist. I called the office every day for two weeks, got to know the secretary very well over the phone ....never a response from Frank. Got her to promise that Frank would call me... read more

I requested a quote and they came out that day and within a week my landscaping was trimmed and mulched for spring. I cannot say enough about Sam and his coworker who did the job. They were very meticulous and ensured everything as cleaned up. Lets just say i will be using Frank's again! Great customer service and delivery on their product.

Contractors beware; We entered into a partner agreement to service 3 sites for snow and ice management. When we did not receive any snow for the month of december & we only needed to salt twice, Frank and Brandon decided to not pay us for that month. They stated that since there wasnt much snow they were just going to keep the money for themselves. I wouldnt do business with them ever again, and i advise homeowners and business owners to be extremely cautious if you choose to hire them.
