I don't know what everybody else is talking about great medical advice and is super quick and knows what he is doing.
Unbelievably unprofessional. Offers medical advice based on his own personal views and not evidence based practice- yikes!
Dr. Franks should not be a doctor. He is in the wrong profession. He would make a good attorney or prosecutor, by chance. He is argumentative when you approach him with respectful questions. Both times I have been in the room with him, he has spoken over me, not allowed me to ask questions, and intentionally tried to silence me. Seems like he has the “powerful man” syndrome. Absolute horrible bed side manner. He let's his personal opinions determine how well he treats you. His attitude and level of professionalism are completely lacking. The EMTs that brought my infant in were even appalled with his behavior. He is just another stain on Trinity's reputation.
