They did an amazing job repairing my necklace! The chain was broken, and they repaired it both quickly and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend :)
I popped in to Frank's today to have some links taken out of my watch band. What amazing service. The lovely young lady that helped me was sooooo sweet. She did the adjustment right away and although I thought it was just right she suggested ainor adjustment to make it absolutely perfect. While I waited I enjoyed looking at their beautiful jewelry. Hard to find such old fashioned and amazing service in this day and age...but Frank's has it.

I got an engagement ring here from Catherine and she was very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with customization options (a lot more so than the big brand name stores) and transparent. The ring I got was beautiful.
Couldn't be happier choosing any other place to get a watch resized. Amazing customer service, very friendly and polite. Hands down will go back in the future with anything
