He is the only Dr. I've met that sits down & actually listens & spends time with you instead of herding you through like a herd of cattle. Thank GOD for Dr. Franks, Dr. Jim!????. Once again, he really listens & you do not leave until all of your questions are answered! Then & not until then will he refer you to someone else & then only someone he trusts & believes in! Not because the dr. He sends you to pays him the most money!!! The U.S.A. Needs more dr.s, "people" like my Dr., my friend,JIM
Awesome Dr extremely intelligent and patient. Very attentive to what yours saying and genuinely tries to get you better using the least amount of meds. Best Dr I've seen in a while
If I could give Jim Franks 100 stars I'd do it. Fantastic doctor. Staff & clerical a little "iffy" at times......but he's far superior to anything we usually get around here.....his training is superior too. A listener.....respects his patients....takes time to explain.....great bedside manner but candid to those who can handle it and want that. We're lucky to have a doctor of his caliber around here. Astute diagnostician. A-ONE!!
