Frank and his team did a fantastic job! They fit our project in on short notice, and the work was completed to a high standard. The blown-in insulation makes our house much more comfortable, saves energy, and is a lot more quiet too!
We asked for a bid. He seemed confused about what exactly we wanted… he showed up the next day and “did the job”… we were unaware he was even here at the house as there was a number of projects going on here. So instead of a bid, we got a bill for $2800. A language barrier may have contributed to the confusion, but during this recent storm we noticed no difference in keeping the room temperate. We will probably never know what exactly he did to that exterior wall.
Frank’s unparalleled expertise, knowledge and efficiency much valued; mediocrity of prior contractor result explained and remedied. Frank advised re attic fan, identified multiple insulation shortcomings and corrections, added baffles over soffit vents and air spacing over ceiling speakers; filled and sealed large areas ignored which compromised insulation effectiveness; blew much ticker over layer across entire attic space. Night/day difference and job well done.
Had a problem in crawlspace. Was recommended by our real estate agent. Francisco crawled down there and took a look, then suggested ways we could fix problem. Didn't charge us anything.
