Frank's did an awesome job helping us with our detached office. They sealed up some exterior wall penetrations where an old AC unit was. You'd never know the AC units were there, it was a perfect repair. They also helped us with drywall repairs which look amazing! We appreciated how easy they were to work with, and the eye for detail that they had. We'd love to work with them again!

This is a very good company to hire! I called to ask for a free estimate. Frank Jr. spoke with me then made an appointment to meet at our house to see, take photos and discuss precisely what we needed to have done. He took detailed notes and emailed an itemized estimate for each of the 10+ items I was requesting help to resolve. Worked with these guys to repair a drawer that had been broken in the kitchen of our rental property. They were easy to communicate with, got out there quickly, and did a good job for a reasonable price. I’ll certainly use them again for any other handyman needs!
I would call this a 4.5 to 4.75 star review as there was a minor hiccup. Mostly a delay in communications for about a month. A piece of trim was not available and while Frank Jr was finding samples, I wasn’t aware of where we were at until I emailed and texted. We changed plans to eliminate the trim piece and after that it was smooth sailing.
