It's called a handyman service because that's all he is, and not a very good one at that. Had to pay an additional $1800 to repair air leaks around sliding glass doors Frank installed. If I hadn't had spare wooden beam to support the porch he tore apart to install the siding, it would not have been repaired at all. The work he performed was shoddy at best. Paid $27,000 for siding, windows and doors. Would never recommend him for any type work.
This guy is not dependable or professional. He made an appointment to fix my water leak several days out, then didn't show or call. When I contacted him he said he was tied up at another job and I would have to find someone else. Is this really how work is done in Pilot Point? Very disappointing. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
I wanted to share the great experience that I had with *****'s Handyman, and praise the great job that he and his crew did for us. We were treated with respect and courtesy during the process and our house remodel turned out better than we could have thought. ***** and His crew went far and above our expectations, taking time to fix the small and not so small things and working with us to get us back into our home. I highly recommend *****'s Handyman.
