Matt and Sayat in the service department are marvelous. Sam and Mark in Sales are equally great. Franks is such a pleasure to deal.
Sam the general sales manager held my hummer Ev buyout check of $21k+ for a $1k deductible on a deer incident that I had with a loaner car while my hummer Ev was being repaired. Otherwise all the service guys did a great job for the 5-10 times I visited the service department.
By far, the best dealership service area I have ever dealt with. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and courteous right down to mechanic techs who also greet you when passing by. Sayat, in particular, could not be more accommodating and dedicated to making you feel like a valued customer. He certainly takes pride in his job. Kudos to Frank's GMC for excellent service!
