I had an amazing experience with Nicole at Frank’s Glass. From the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive. I have used Franks Glass in the past and was relatively happy with the work but the most recent install was sub par. The shower leaked and I had to call them back to fix it. The silicone job was awful. There was no care to make it look professional. Disappointed!
