I had an amazing experience with Nicole at Frank’s Glass. From the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive. We needed a glass piece for our buffet/hutch by a specific date, and even though there was no guarantee, she went above and beyond to try and make it happen—always keeping me updated on their timelines and progress. I have used Franks Glass in the past and was relatively happy with the work but the most recent install was sub par. The shower leaked and I had to call them back to fix it. The silicone job was awful. There was no care to make it look professional. Disappointed!
