Frank says definitely one of the best barbershops or “gentlemen salons” In all of Charleston I’ve gone there around 10 times in the past 2.5 - 3 years. From Moncks corner to downtown Charleston, Franks and Jeff’s are definitely the places you want to go for a quality haircut. I went to Frank’s yesterday. I think it’s been over a year since I have gotten a haircut at Franks if you have curly hair I defiantly recommend and would go to Adrienne.
