The only reason why I chose to go to Frank's Garage was because of all the 5 star reviews compared to all the other motorbike mechanics in the area. I had an issue with an oil plug not screwing back in which became a bigger problem. The only good thing about this place was the pick up service. What should've been a 3 week job became a 5 week job. I used to find this workshop helpful and efficient, but unfortunately my most recent experience has been very disappointing. My motorcycle was kept in their workshop for over a year with no updates from the garage provided during that time. When I finally got the bike back, it was not repaired, yet I was still charged. I was out of pocket $360 for a bike that was not repaired and was not returned in the condition that I provided it to the garage a year ago. I took my bike there because of good reviews, now I can add mine. These guys look after their customers. They do good work and they’re not bike snobs. They got my DR350 running better than it ever has! Thanks, guys!
Absolutely amazing staff! I'm so happy I finally found somewhere for my bike. Very much recommend these guys. Knowledgeable, great communication, and excellent pricing. I took my bike in with carburettor issues, and they kept at it until it was sorted out, even machining some parts for me. Thanks Frank & team!
