Waste of money! Rude owner! Took 2 months slow repair service, just to fail the repair, then had to tow and total the car. Total failure of service, not even sure how the shop is licensed.
Horrible service. Over a month later and thousands spent, the car still did not run. Was then told "I don't have time to look at it right now." If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!
this place has poor customer service. the lip under my car popped off on the thru way, i call the nearest garage around after AAA won’t come without towing it. Called twice, second time im greeted with a “hello”. i say “hello is this franks garage”. “Yea what do you need he says”…. cool, i tell him i just need to remove a few bolts to pull the piece off, or zip tie it. “ahh, our lifts are all in use and we’re leaving soon.” (it’s 4:15) google says closed @5:30, i assume maybe even 5. but sheesh, i took it down to the Turning... read more
