I read all the comments here and to some people Tip or gratuity is ok in this business. Is not that you own the drinks. It is the service that's paid, The noise level is very high even inside . We could not have a conversation at the table . Their people bass distortion the quality of music, that's for sure. I think the Dj is at fault here cause he could make it better. I absolutely loved having my quinceañera at Franks! My vision was come to life with the help of the owner and staff. Everything was so elegant and beautiful and everyone was super understanding and friendly.

I am SUFFERING just like many of the other reviewers due to the extremely LOUD music coming from this event center. The bass comes right through my walls. This goes on every Saturday until at least 1AM. They are well aware that the music is bothering their neighbors and don't care!!!!!

Celebrated a 15s this Saturday here and the staff as well as the decoration was splendid. Definitely will recommend to family members! Was sad to see the event only allows the party until 1 but judging from these reviews it’s due to neighbors nearby that should learn more about the area before buying. Apart from that everything was clean and very well organized I loved it!

i had my xv here!! the venue was so pretty, the staff took care of decorations, while still accounting for my likes and my say in what i wanted. Ive read some comments and all i would say is that you would just need to communicate so no unnecessary problems occur! I loved my party it was so fun and stress free since they staff helped as much as they could:)
