Had them install a water heater for us, less than 2 years later it was broken. They replaced under warranty but charged us 2.5 hours of labor when it took them 30 minutes to put a new one in. Called to dispute the labor costs charged and took them a month to send us a corrected bill. Just after the corrected bill arrived they sent us a statement saying we were 30 days late on payment and needed to pay immediately. Called them for 3 days and I was never able to set up an appointment or set up a time to get an estimate. Even after I found another electrician they never called to say why they never got back to me or couldn't do the job. Would not recommend.
Both times I've had problems with my furnace Frank's sent over someone and had the problem solved very quickly. Highly recommended.
