I called to book a quote/estimate for some electrical issues that were spotted during a house inspection. I offered to pay to have the quote done and was told that quotes are free. So, I booked an appointment. The next day I received a call stating that they did not do quotes/estimates and that my appointment was canceled. One day, quotes are free. The next day, they don't do quotes. That doesn't make sense. I will never hire Frank's electric and I will be sure to tell anyone else to avoid them, too. 1-star rating... only be... read more
Had a verbal quote but when the job was completed the cost had doubled. A written quote is highly recommended. I would look elsewhere for a electrician.
Excellent customer service! Service men came the next day! 1/2 hr to install a bathroom fan! Efficient, friendly and courteous! Great job! Highly recommend.
