Dr. Franks you were my moms eye doctor. You gave her shots in her eye once a month or so and refused to use novacaine. Said it wasnt needed. The pain was excruciating Dr. Franks! She would whimper and cry and you would laugh at her!! I recently found out these shots should never ever be given without novacaine!! What is wrong with you Dr. Franks? You should not be allowed to practice medicine. Stear clear of this man!! (Daughters Vicki Reynolds and Cheri Newell)
